I have straight, fine hair what is the best shampoo to put some body and volume in this type of hair.?

Most volumizing shampoos dry the hair which opens the shaft or cuticle giving it lift. The cuticle in healthy hair should be smooth and flat. Frequent lifting of this layer will cause damage. Use a gentle shampoo but no conditioner, except on the very ends if needed. Afterward, let your hair air dry part way then proceed to blow dry flipping your head upside down focusing the dryer near hair closest to nape (back of neck).
