i have a jvc video camera, and want to put via usb onto computer?

i have plugged it in, usually automatically comes up. any ideas how i can put it onto my computer

    You cannot send moving images through a USB cable. You need a firewire cable and a firewire port on your computer. If you don't have one you can get an internal one for around £10, look on eBay you should find a cheap one.

    Try unplugging it. Turn the camera off them back on. Now while it's on plug in the USB cable.
