There is a good chance that the refrigerator is not level. Typically there is a pan under the fridge that catches condensation. This condensation is evaporated by the heat from the compressor. If the fridge is not level, any water in the pan is likely to overflow.

Remarks about a drain pan and evaporation are correct, yes, but fail to indicate a cause other than a possible plugged drain hole...
You should check for the drain hole being plugged from accumulated debris inside the fridge, yes, and also check the cooling coil outside the back of the fridge as it should be vacuumed or brush cleaned at least once a year... Being sure the fridge is level is important also but it would have to be off level quite a bit to allow condensation to run to the front of the fridge...
More than likely your problem is the door gasket not sealing properly. Most all refridgerators now use a magnetic gasket and these are replaceable...
However, before gpoing to the expense of replacing the gasket, wash it thouroughly clean with hot soap and water (dish detergent) and do the same on the fridge framing where the gasket touches. You may need a toothbrush for cleaning in the gasket grooves also...
It is very common for mold, mildew and moisture to cling to these surfaces, especially during the hot season and will accumulate enough so as to prevent the magnet inside the gasket to function as intended...
When this is done, Close the door and look closely where the gasket engages and check for small openings preventing the seal as those openings allow outside warmer air inside and create condensation at the door itself...thus, dripping on the floor below...
Although the magnet inside the gasket is fine, the gasket itself will harden with age and lose its flexibility...thus, preventing a sure seal when the door is closed...
Good luck...

Most fridges are self de-frosting these days. Water is drained out via a pipe into a tray from whence it evaporates. It could be that the pipe leading to the tray is blocked causing the water to collect inside the fridge itself which leaks out onto the floor when the door is open. That happens to us quite regularly. A knitting needle usually solves the problem.

There is normally two catchment chutes on the back inside wall
of your fridge. One runs from left and the other runs from the
right, they both travel down at a slight angle and meet in the
middle where there is a small hole through the fridge into the back
where the condensed water travels to be evaporated in a tray above the refrigerant pump. What has probably happened is the
small hole has become blocked with gunge and food bits and the water is not escaping through the hole and is dripping back into
your fridge.Use something like a plastic tie wrap and poke it into
the hole a few times till you see the water drain propely.

It could be that your fridge has a drain tray and maybe the tray is full and needs to be emptied. The trays are usually behind the grill on the bottom front of the fridge. Just an idea -- might give it a try.

Level the fridge and make sure the coils are clean. the heat from the compressor evaporates the water in the pan underneath the fridge.

Alot of fridges have a drip pan under it. That is probably over full and needs dumped. Remove the "kick guard" on the bottom front of the fridge and you will see the drip pan. pull it out and dump it and put it back.
you will be good to go!

Remove the lower shelf and you will see a small gully at the back of the fridge, and a small drain hole this will be blocked with debris, use a flexible long piece of plastic to clear the blockage an ideal tool for this is what is called a cable tie

There is a hole in the floor of the fridge (inside at the back usually) that should be open (not blocked) check that and see if its iced up or got something stuck in it.

good grief...make sure your fridge is level, and it would be a good idea to empty the drip tray once in a while???
this is located at the bottom of the fridge.
