Definitely know what you mean. I am 31 weeks today and i do have moments during the day when i don't feel pregnant and it was like that for my entire second trimester as well. But then i get a nice kick in the ribs or my breasts leak and it all comes back to me lol.
Sometimes i feel extremely alert and light on my feet as if i don't have a bump at all, others are not quite as pleasant and i can barely get off the couch.
To me the bump looks extremely small too and just like you said the baby looks so huge i wonder how it fits in there. As well as that, my bump seems to be triangular most of the time, as the baby found a comfy position sticking its head out of my side lol.
I just feel lucky i have had a very good pregnancy so far and have been able to enjoy it fully.
Best of luck to you and congrats.

Hi,
I have 6 children. I always felt very pregnant from about 5 month to birth. The babies would kick and let me know they were ok. I would rub my tummy and feel blessed that the babies were safe. I had a glow about me most of the time. I do know what you mean though. I didnt get any morning sickness. Not 1 minute of sickness or feeling bad.
I just felt good.
Maybe this is the glowing part of your pregnancy. You could be feeling lucky to have a baby coming, your not feeling sick any more, you have energy now etc...
Enjoy this faze as soon you will feel a little more tired and your tummy will become heavier and you might start feeling very pregnant soon... But enjoy all of this too. I see so many woman complain about how they feel when pregnant.
But i see it all as a blessing of a little baby i will hold in my arms very soon.
Keep feeling great....
One more thing... Make sure you are feelinging the baby move at lease 10 times a day. If you are not then go for a check up and just tell your midwife how you feel. But i suspect you are in the glowing stage and all will be fine.

I know exactly what you mean! I'm 39 weeks and I'm always being told off for running up and down the stairs because i feel totally normal (Most of the time...)
It's a real shock when I'm out shopping with a friend and i catch a glimpse of us in a shop window and i see how huge i actually am! Lol! I felt a lot more pregnant at 5 months, and i was looking at a picture of me trying to stick my bump out and there was nothing there! lol! Congratulations by the way...

I know exactly what you mean. I am 30 weeks and I rarely feel pregnant anymore. I really did for the first few months, even up to a few weeks ago.. but now I just feel normal, just a little bigger. However, he will remind me I am pregnant by pressing into my side and kicking me. LOL

I have been pregnant three times and felt and looked different every time,More often than not the bigger you are is water or extra fat.If your babies measurements are on target(which mine were with my third)your baby is fine its just that you are healthy and not carrying lots of extra weight and/or water like me with my third I felt tiny but she was heavier than the others and I was huge!!!
Good Luck and don't worry enjoy last few weeks they go so quick and take plenty of photos of yourself,I didn't and regret it.The last few weeks you'll probably bloom!!! XX

Yes, totally!!! I wake up some mornings and have to look at my belly to remind myself it is real. I'll be laying there and I just don't feel it.
