My brother is waging war...?
...on the planet Novus!
How can I get him to take a break from his game? He still hasn't eaten dinner (no he's not obsessed, it' just that the fight he got himself into dragged on a heck of a lot longer than I expected)
That, and my character's of an opposing race so I wanna slim their chances mwhahah! (@_@)

we all have our addiction...some are hooked on video games, some on Y!A...dead is the man who has no time to enjoy what it really means to have "no life"...
that said, let it be clear that nena doesn't condone "out of control" addiction to the exclusion of foregoing basic bodily needs and basic bodily functions...
the best addiction is that where you go overboard but at the same time you stay in control...yeah a case of moderate extreme...it can be done...
let the cyberwar continue but take a moment or two to retreat to reality...you need to reload anyway!!!

I am a trained Drug Abuse Counselor.....What people do not realize.....you can become addicted to many things besides drugs and alcohol (also a drug)
It sounds as if your brother is developing an addiction to video games.
The Greeks gave us many things one of the most useful was the advice, "Everything in moderation" When we obsess we destroy our balance, waste precious time, neglect important activities. Your brother needs to schedule his game playing to a limited block of time, then stick to that schedule. He needs to develop other interests. He needs to diversify his life.
