Ok, I am not even going to dispute the fact that she's very talented, but who agrees with me that her diva attitude completely sucks. It makes her so unattractive to me, I've heard so many stories about how she's so stuck on herself and when she said "When I watch TV and see those poor starving kids all over the world, I can’t help but cry. I mean, I’d love to be skinny like that, but not with all those flies and death and stuff.”
That did for me, what an insensitive thing to say!!!

I don't think she said that. I read it somewhere that she did not say that, but I don't remember, that stuff has been around for years!!
Source(s): I looked it up in snopes .com and it shows that the claim was made as a "mock" interview created by a web publication called " cupcake" - next thing you know it's being published everywhere, but she actually never said that. It was all made up!!! - 1 decade ago
Mariah never said that, it's fake and was proven to be fake YEARS ago (where were you?) If you wanna dislike her for something, make sure it's something you heard from her mouth or a reliable source. Mariah has a completely self-deprecating sense of humor, in other words, she makes fun of herself all the time. Arrogant people don't do that last time I checked.

When did she ever say that? I think that is just a rumor because I remember that quote being spread on the internet waaay back in 1997. Wow. But yeah, I don't like her current diva attitudes, but I think she's doing it to the industry people who were trying to break her. She's not like that to her fans.

I love mariah Carey. I saw her apartment on Cribs and she encourages me to make it through college. LOL, I want a nice place to live to, hate the ghetto.
she is a beautiful soul, what i don't understand is why they call her crazy.

she didnt say that...u should really get to know her background then u'd see...most of the time when she acts like that shes jokin because shes a very funny person..i met her and in person shes really down to earth..its just an image..no like that at all..ppl write lies for money..its called defamation..all celebs have to deal with it
