Does the Palestinian Authority really want a two-state solution?
While the Palestinian Authority announces in English its demand for a two-state solution, to its own people in Arabic it continues to define all of Israel as "Palestine," and to promise Israel's destruction. A new video clip, broadcast numerous times daily since it first appeared on Fatah-controlled TV last week, passionately promises "Mother" that every Israeli city will be "liberated" because its "identity is Arab" and "Palestinian”:
"We will liberate the Land… [which] is Arab in history and identity, Palestine is Arab in history and identity."
And to ensure that no one limits the land of the future "liberated Palestine," the song defines the scope of Palestinian cities, which include all of Israel:
"From Jerusalem and Acre and from Haifa and Jericho and Gaza and Ramallah
From Bethlehem and Jaffa and Be'er Sheva and Ramle
And from Nablus to the Galilee, and from Tiberias to Hebron”

If the PA wanted peace they would already have it. Way back when Barak gave up almost everything but Arafat walked out.
Later Arafat decided he had been wrong to turn down the deal but it was to late and Arafat became a prisoner in his own compound.

If these statments are true then i condeme them whole heartedly.
However soemtimes i get the feeling that Israel isnt wholy commited to a 2 state soloution either.
Israel continues to be buidling settlements in the
West Bank without halt and Israel controles the West Banks most precious resource (Water).
Israel uses the West Bank as a tax free zone for economic use weither it be dumping waste 10 times cheaper then in Israel, building houses or taking water from the area, Israel practices a de facto soverignity over the area and holds the place under military occupation if i was the Palestinians i would be alittle more then a bit peeved.
Israel gets so much gain from the west bank it is hard for me to beleive they will relinquish their "soverignity" easily at all over this area.

Greediness plays a role. If you give a child some candy and keep the candy in front of him or her, they will always want more even if they are full. But remember, the Israelis also claim that the whole country is theirs and they claim that because they are so generous, they are giving the Palestinains some lands, although everybody knows the fact the half of the country is occupied just because they are stronger, they get to control the situation...
But .. you didn't answer me. What does your avatar mean?
I guess it means that the cat is Israel and the dogs are the neighbouring countries trying to attack it, right?
Peace

Technicly they want all of Israel, but will compromise for all of the West Bank, Gaza and East Jerusalem...............for now. Eventually they will demand more and will encourage Arabs in Israel to breed out the Jews

No, they don't want a two-state solution.
They don't even want a state for themselves. All they want is for the Jews to be out of the area altogether.
There was never a country called "palestine". There was, and is a country called Israel.
Jews didn't start this conflict, and it isn't up to the Jews to end it. Arabs are the ones holding the keys to peace. Peace will happen just as soon as the Arabs stop shooting, and exploding.

The point is that they make no attempt to hide the fact that they are committed to the destruction of Israel.
Yet the world pays no attention.

The PA wants all of Israel for itself and it likes to engage in doubletalk. Anyone who keeps their eyes open knows this.
Good Luck!!!

It is up to the Israeli leaders:
Two state solution.
One state solution.
War zone state solution.
At the end there must be a solution.

At the moment yes they have no choice but in the end they want Israel as well.
