Someone just told me that they felt bad for me for only having inanimate objects as friends?

What's so wrong with that? Just becuase I don't have human friends, doesn't mean I'm not one! I like my rubber ducky and my left slippers [= they keep me comfortable, and they never lie! Mr. Sprinkles the donuts entertains me with his drama.

Don't you think that person was rude to say so? I mean, rubber ducky is really sensitive on this whole "object" thing; he's a real duck *wink wink* ;-)

LOL so that's why you like us too then? Because our avatars don't move around?

If I wasn't so tough and rugged I would say you are too cute to be true...

Well. It's natural. I have a little model car I call Nelly. She listens to me and understands my problems, and she wants nothing in return except for a good cleaning.

  • It's cool having inanimate objects as friends :) they are great listeners and are right there when you need them, unlike real people .

You should tell them that you feel sorry for him/her for having such a crippling mind narrowing prejudice against, "inanimate objects" and that he/she has closed the door to lots of wonderful friendships.

You are right. If you take good care of them, objects are always true to you. They are reliable. They don't lie, cheat or steal.

    I'm going beddy bye now.

Time to snuggle up with my monitor.

I've always found that inanimate objects are better listeners than real friends anyway.

At least your inanimate friends can't hurt you like real people can. I say get yourself more of them.
