typical college campus problems:
town-gown relations
rising costs of tuition v. rate of general inflation
recognition and support of non-traditional students (age, race, sexual preference, disabled or learning disabled, etc.)
parking
financial aid
disparity of resource allocation to departments
rising cost of textbooks
increase in number of students with special need- mental health issues, extra test taking time, sign language interpreters, etc.
helicopter parents
violations of technology policies and enforcement issues
support for men's v. women's athletics (money spent on each)
That is only a start. Pick up the campus newspaper or talk to your deans for more ideas. There are endless possibilities!

You don't say what grade you are in so it is hard to give age appropriate answers. These might be good ones. 1- Students rights. 2 - Dress codes.
