Here's the one that worked for me,

With your most comfortable grip, stance, etc., from a normal address position bring the club (a wood is more helpful visually) back fairly slowly and out away from you as well. When you reach the top of your swing pause a moment, then move your left hand (club and all) down physically a few inches so it's around or under shoulder height. From this position it's much easier to bring the club through on an inside-out path.

I spent many hours working on this move over the last year or so, and have grooved a small draw with what feels like a "normal" swing now. Now, I have a problem hitting a fade even when I want to. Too much of a good thing I guess. Good luck.

I hope you are somewhat flexible before attempting this drill.

Take your 7 iron and set up normally with the ball teed up about 4 inches inside your left heel.Leaving the club head behind the ball turn your feet and body 90 degrees so that your back faces the target .Now make a half swing allowing the club head to swing inside the target line during the back swing and swing through, keeping your balance. It's next to impossible to come over. Repeat often to gain a feel for the inside path. Then try with your normal stance . Good Luck!!!!!!!
