John is this how workchoices negotiation works?

Working for the Dept of TAFE in New South Wales I know how workchoices negotiation works. In 2006 myself & many other employees of TAFE were served notice of an AWA, we were told by the federal government that we had to sign an AWA immediately & if the numbers of people were not right according to the governments wishes as to the amount to sign an AWA then funding arrangements for TAFE New South Wales would be slashed.

I had a story that was an intresting read and put on this morning and even before 10.30 am it was pulled off I think there are Liberal Personel Scanning these Q & A and what they don't like they hit the report abuse button. The story I was talking about is in a Paper Tamworh City News date 1.11.2007 Letters to the editor , Heading , The Coalition Parties, it was not my story but a person that has seen all this or has geat memeories of what happend.

We can only blame the d!ckheads who elected this creature to be our PM. Idiots, lots of them in our country.

Lets only hope that this time around we are a smarter bunch of people and collectively vote howard and his rights removalist team out.

AWA's were introduced to do exactly that, remove your rights, and if you dont like it bad luck! Lets give Howard the bad luck this time around.

costello made it abundantly clear in a meeting with business interests last year that they would be forcing through further cuts in working conditions after this election.

The liberals are, as they have always been, intent on the destruction of unions or any possibility of workers having any say whatsoever in their workplace.
