Ebay Scam "Caught It" Should I Report It To The Dealer?
06 Kawasaki ZX10 listed on ebay (Item# 280166800478) had scratches on it and I sent the seller an e-mail telling him that the scratches came from the bike being laid down not rubbing against something. The auction says the scratches came from being rubbed against something and the bike had never been laid down bla bla bla .
I got an e-mail back (See Bellow)
Hello, Rick, yes the bike was laid down. It was coming to a stop light and hit the front brake at 5mph or so and he turned it over on its side. We are not trying to pass it off as perfect by no means. It does run great!!! Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything. Thank you for your email, and yes I did read it all. Have a great day, and ride safe
Ok sent an e-mail saying I was familiar with the damage on the bike and that it looks like someone came to a stop and pulled the brake with the front wheel turned causing the bike to lay over and the damage wasn't bad because someone caught it on the way down.
If you go to ebay and use the auction # then scroll down and read this.
This 2006 Kawasaki Ninja in Pearl Solar Yellow is in near showroom condition. With the exception of some scratches on the right side of the fairing (see photo) and a little wear on the front and rear tires, this bike is in excellent condition and runs as well as it looks. The scratches appear to be from something rubbing against the bike. There is no indication that it has ever been laid down. If you have any other questions contact Marc at 972/832/4214. GOOD LUCK!!!
I called mark after he sent me that e-mail and he said they did nothing wrong. Huh ok It's a lie the cause of the damage is being concealed or covered up to fool buyers into thinking it wasn't laid over.
SHOULD I CALL THE DEALER AND TELL THEM THE INTERNET SALES MANAGER LISTED THIS AND LIED ABOUT IT AND KNEW HE LIED ABOUT IT.

Brick and Morter dealers (car and bike) do this every day. Have been so since the first horse was sold. The old rule...buyer beware...always applies. No mater the product or the place.

If you feel uncomfortable with the description of the item, don't bid on it. Problem solved.
