Bringing a bong onto a plane into Canada? Legal? Safe?
Can I safely bring a bong on a plane? When you bring your carry on to the airport, TSA will X-ray your bag. You carry it onboard. You leave the plane. Go through customs. Welcome to Canada! Will TSA let you bring it onboard? Is that a good idea or are there flaws? Can you put it in your checked bag? Will you get arrested? What are the penalties?
One time the TSA was spending alot of time looking at my bag with the pipe in it on the screen, about 4 people. They ran a cloth around the inside of it to check for explosives and it came back "no explosives". I then left for the plane. Could i tell them it is for tobacco?

hmmm...i don't think I would try that if I were you. Just the fact that its considered drug paraphenalia might be enough it get you in big trouble. Also there will be literally no way for you to slip a bong into an already checked bag...trust me. You would not believe how many ways you are being watched when you think you aren't. Just buy a new bong when you get top canada:)
