I give my 4 and 7 year olds a bath every night

Every night before bed or every morning before getting dressed. For most parents, before bed is most convenient. As puberty occurs it may increase to both morning and evening, depending on daily activities. Although, at that age and younger, I feel it is important to impose a bedtime routine to promote healthy sleeping patterns.

Too much would be twice a day at that age, unless they get really dirty. Too little would be once every three days. At least bathe every other day.

Hmm... it depends. 7 and 10 are huge differences. Sweating is also a big factor.

If your child is 7 or 8, I'd say maybe every two nights. In the summer, at least every other night.

If your child is 9 or 10, I would say maybe every other night. In the summer, every night or every other night will do.

    Hope I helped!

Everyday. Kids that age are running out getting messy and sweaty. They need to be bathed everyday, as this will also give them good hygiene practices for the future.

If they don't sweat much, you can get away with every other day or every three days.

If they do sweat, you should give one at least every day. Any more than that can wash vital oils away from their skin.

Be sure to put on antiperspirant.
