If Grated Coconut is stored in a freezer, would it remain fresh after 1 week?

Any suggestion for storing grated coconut for up to 1 week?

    Yes, I would think so. Make sure you place it in an airtight container and thaw in the fridge section about a day before you intend to use again.

    You can keep grated coconut in the fridge or the freezer for many weeks. It doesn't go off quickly. If you freeze it, thaw it in the fridge before using.

    Yes, and it's probably the best way to store it so it can't go rancid on you!
