Ok I have a signed rental lease but he never signed or even verbal agreement has been made to the lease. And no we are not even in the house. Are we still obliged to the lease or is he breaking the contract.

My Husband and I hosted a superbowl party this weekend. Just looking at my calender the next party we have that may include beer might be the Independance day. Is there a good way to store beer other than the fridge for that long.(If this was 10 years ago this question wouldn't even cross our minds, now that we are older we tend not to drink as often.) I do drink wine and store in the cellar would that be ok there?or does it need to be refridgerated.

I have been getting these emails that are those "too good to be true" that I am to be awarded a settlement from someones will who i don't know and other's as well. I know way better than to repond to such emails. If I am getting these emails there maybe other's that may not know anybetter to ignore them. after reading them they seem almost illegal. is there any way to report them and to who?

OK now this is my oldest.(so he is my experimental child for the ones to follow). I know allot of his emotions are par for the course as far as preteens are concerned. He is very obstanant but yet he has compassion for others(for example I don't think there is a leaf in my neighborhood that wasn't touched or removed by him). He has been having a hard time taking care of himself and his surroundings. I do have strict guidelines of how I raise my 4 kids. 1)taking care of self, 2)taking care of family 3)taking care of community. He is very much lacking in the first two. The last one he seems to have ne problem with. Right now he is grounded from computer, tv and friends till he can improve the first two. 1) self and 2)his own room(which stems off of family) Is there anything else I can do other than the grounding?

I am turning 36 2 days before Thanksgiving. I want to celebrate it the weekend after Thanksgiving weekend. so my question is "is It bad to plan a birthday party 1 1/2 weeks after the birthday?
