I'm Going For Aerobics Class to Lose Weight, What Should I Eat?

I have aerobics classes 5times a week, for an hour every morning. I need something before the workout - is a glass of milk good enough, or should I have something else?

After my workout, what should I eat? Bananas are a bad choice (atleast thats what someone told me) what is your insight?

Also, what is the lead time between a meal before or after working out?

Genuine help required, please don't advise if you don't know for sure...

    I used to take Aerobics in Freshman Year. I'm a senior now.

    Eat a full breakfast an hour before hand, and have a few pieces of bread with a glass or two of water about 10 - 20 minutes beforehand.

    Avoid acidic things, or things that can turn in your stomach. I.e., OJ, AJ, Milk.

    all human beings is so stupid confident you will decrease weight in basic terms by potential of eating end result and greens. im doing this now and am dropping a pound an afternoon so which you will def have that weight off by potential of june. in basic terms be careful to not consume too quite some it in case you attempt to decrease weight. (you may consume as much as you decide on while/while you're conserving). additionally, end result and greens are the main nutritionally dense ingredients accessible! there is not something greater constructive so don't have self assurance those innovations washed idiots who say otherwise. do this weight loss software for a pair of days and you'd be a believer. lemme comprehend the way it is going for you!(:
