Wine & cheese?

I'm putting together a small wine & cheese buffet (about 10 people). My crowd prefers red to white wine, so I'm serving both. What are some guidelines to keep in mind?

Update:

Don't get too excited... it's a Tupperware party!

One bottle of wine per two people.

The main guideline would be to be sure to have enough wine, and keep it freely flowing, so the guests will be all happy and order a BUNCH of Tupperware. LOL
