Does anyone actually use the WoW voice chat? Can anyone explain this whole thing to me? Like how to use it, limitations, etc.

Yes, people actually use it. Instead of paying for a ventrillo server, guilds can use a free VoIP on WoW. The VoIP though, it is free on WoW you do have some limitations. First to use it, you must open your sound options, and click on the voice tab, after that you must enable it. Limitations are, you can only use it in a party/raid/battleground.

I've used it but it's real hit and miss. Some people come in real clear while others I can't hear at all.
It's a reasonable substitute for vent/ts if you aren't in a guild who hosts one of those programs.
It's under the sound and voice menu on you game options menu.
