Does anyone know if Novak Djokovic wears prescription eyeglasses or does he just wear them for fashion?

Obviously he doesn't wear glasses when he plays, but I have seen many photos of him wearing glasses off the court.  It's a very Clark Kent/Superman duality with and without the glasses.
