it's not bad as trades go... depends on what both teams need... I think williams gives you more scoring, but Smith gives you a bit of everything...

Thats a tough question really because Deron Williams is a Really talented guy that broke out last year out of nowhere, as for Josh Smith, it is a possibility that he has a good year playing on an Atlanta team that doesnt have many scorers
