To all the frequent contributors...?

I'd like to know which question gets asked the most. I'd also like to hear any "dumb" questions you've managed to come across in this section. I'm sick of reading "why dont they make the whole plane out of the black box," "Why aren't there parachutes on board jets," and "what make aerplaen fly" If you have any others, please post them here. Funniest answer wins!

Update:

Yeah I hear ya man, but theres got to be some gems out there that I haven't read.

Update 2:

haha keep em coming!

    question is: "airplain?"

or how about "Why are black boxes orange?"

The ones about raising or lowering the window shades on landing (whichever it is some airlines make you do) get pretty tedious.

"Why can't I use my cellphone on a plane?"

    "Why do pilots say "Roger"?"

"Which flight school is the best?"

"What is on the airline attendant test?"

"I am ugly can I be a flight attendant?"

"My momma is ugly can SHE be a flight attendant?"

My DOG is ugly can HE be a flight attendant? He has his shots."

"Were the flight attendants on the kamikaze plains ugly? And did the flight attendants need to wear a helmet? Why?"

"I want to build the flying car, can I have a flight attendant in it?"

Any Question that I can answer with a SIMPLE 1 Minute Google Search. Like

What are the Dimension of a 747?

How Much does a 747/A330 cost?

I am also sick of the Parachute, Kamikaze, Black Boxes, and MOST ESPECIALLY SICK OF THE 9/11 Conspiracy Theory Morons

I saw one that asked if Diabetes was a security risk because of the syringe required for insulin.

One user a month or so back got snotty about an answer regarding parachutes on airliners, then basically reworded the question.

"What just flew over?" "Why did four helicopters in a row fly over?" "Is this a UFO?"

I've seen a couple misclassified, such as a request for info about R/C cars, any books that taught insurrection.

Let's not forget the yo-yo that wanted to know if he could take a parachute with him and just get out of the airplane if it was circling to wait for traffic over his destination.

If I've seen one question about "How does aeroplane produce lift and fly upside down" I've seen a thousand.

One of the better ones I've come across was a guy asking about a CJ610, (Think 20 series Lear engine,) in his fishing boat. Man, that's gotta be a fast fish.

I also recall one asking why there wasn't an airline that operated brothel style services in flight. Gives a new meaning to flying the friendly skies; just wait 'till grandma hears about how great her grandson's flight was.

I could probably stand to stop seeing questions about the various versions of Flight Sim.

And I've sort of sensed more and more questions from people intent on blowing their eyebrows off by experimenting with "aiplan fuels."

"Airoline jobs in India" is getting old. How to get from one point to a destination in parts of the world I have to use a globe to find is up there with questions I could stand never seeing again.

And I never knew whether to be excited or frightened by the asker with a feminine avatar asking for the best way to join the mile high club. (What do you do at 30,000', as you're both in the lav and she turns out to have beans&franks? Is there enough whiskey on the airplane to gargle with?)

"Why are all male flight attendants gay?" Was one that came up a few months ago. I don't know that they are, but it makes you wonder about the dressing on any flight meal,... stick with the pretzels.

And far and away, my vote for a candidate who might better serve the world by surrendering to Darwinism, was a guy that asked "Do I look fly?"

But look through any section of answers and you're more than likely to find questions that make you feel dumber for having read them,... you know, like you can actually feel the brain cells being sucked out of your head as you read them. From teens trying to get you to do their english homework for them, to the men's health section, where you find wonderful questions that include "how to make my semen taste better?"

There's no shortage of dumb questions, and there doesn't seem to be any shortage of answers that range from good, to boneheaded, to potentially lethal.

And before you try to get it on in the lav, are you sure that flight attendant is really a woman?

why did the kamikaze pilots where helmets? i see this every once in awhile..

people always ask how to become a pilot which gets really annoying..

then there are the questions like, which plane is better, 747 or 380?? f-18 or f-15??

The ones you mention pretty much sum it up... although there was one that said "I want the information about aircrafts"

I responded with a "Well that narrows it down for us..."

Quite honestly, most of the time it is the answers that are far more rediculus than the questions... basically just people thinking/ pretending that they know the answer...
