Microsoft Access data entry/collection question?

I am setting up a database for a client listing for a business. I want to use drop down lists to choose the client name to enter, as well as for the employees initials. I've set up the drop down list, but need to set it up so that the person adding the contacts cannot enter their own data, but must choose from the drop down list. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
