My miniature pinscher is hurt.?

For a week now, he has been very slow moving and he cries when he goes to lay down. He's not really walking funny, and we can't feel that anything is broken. It seems to be coming from his abdomen region. We took him to an emergency pet clinic Tuesday night, and he was running a fever. The vet gave him some antibiotic, but he's only getting worse. Are there any animal experts out there who may have some ideas as to what it could be?

Update:

Yes, we do have a regular vet. But they did not have an emergency service so that's why we took him to the emergency clinic. I have made an appointment for him at his regular vet for tomorrow morning.

I have 4 mins, 1 had same symptoms, vet gave antibiotics & stomach sothing gel. Did not wk-to ER she went. She had Cushings(very common in mins) her liver was enlarged-one sign to look for is elavated Cholesteral (her's 15000)and Triglisyrids. Chol had turned to sludge and caused the liver and pancreadic problems. Put her on human chol med Ursodiol and cushing med Ketoconazole. It has kept her alive for the last 6 years and is doing well. good luck

You need to get him to a vet, you do have a regular vet, no?

Please don't wait, no one on here can diagnose your dog, even if we were competent to do so, because no one can examine him.
