Where does my cursor go when my Vista times out and screen saver kicks in?
My vista HP Pavilion times out and screen saver, of which is "none" therefore black, comes on, as all laptops do.
That part is fine.
However, when I wake it up, the cursor is gone. I can move my mouse and see things highlight, but i have no icon.
How come?

this is a error in Hp's computers. They have a download for it for my computer, but depending on your model you/may not have one. Also try looking on microsoft.com Vista has a lot on errors when it comes from waking from sleep but I think Sp1 is going to fix some of these errors, but its still about 3 weeks to 4 months away (why they can't just say when its coming out is beyond me but oh well)
