Is there any citation style/method that doesn't require the page number to be included for in-text citation?

I saw some citations with page number and some without.

But later, I read that it's important to have the page number. Unfortunately I already have a lot of citations done without noting down the page number. So, is there a citation style that doesnt need page numbers? E.g MLA, APA, Chicago,..etc?

Thanks!

I had to use Turabian, no page numbers in text, we used footnotes. My professor sweetie darlin says MLA and Chicago also do not use that mess in the text. But you will need the pg number for the notes no matter which style you use.

How did they say you must write your paper?

Look here, each style has a quick guide.
