Whenever i do a full bend on the 1st string the sound give out. Can someone help?

You should be using your index and middle finger to support the ring finger during the bend. What you do, though, is have the index finger touching the 2nd string, so that it mutes it during the bend. Also, you may try using your right hand (picking hand) to rest on the unplyaed strings.
It takes some practice, but you'll see it work. What is not covered in most places online for lessons and tips, is the fact that a good part of making your playing sound good is controlling the strings that are not being played.
