I have never replaced entire frame but have done frame rails on International Eagle tandem road tractors at approx $8000 each side for parts and labor. If you need entire frame it might be cheaper to buy glider kit or replace truck depending on value of current truck

3/4 to 10 tons could be a heavy "duty truck". - So it depends on how big the truck is! - Depending on truck size you may be able to pick up a good used frame at a salvage yard for $200-400 (or maybe less). You can then remove all the "less than good" parts and put on good ones, (or new ones) before you put cab etc on again. This could save you a lot of time as compared to a "new frame", - and costs possibly thousands less! This is assuming that all you need is frame, and all the cab and bed etc. are in good shape!

Check out "Craigs List" (on internet) , - you might be able to pick up a whole "dead" truck for a reasonable price, - and have to do even less work to get yours on "the road again"!

I have seen 1/2T & 3/4T pickups on there for as little as $50-100. -You won't see them every day, but if you wait a while cheap ones will come up ( I generally search with $1000 in max price line), - then only the "Hurting, or broken" ones come up to filter through!
