Yes you should. You have Tony Romo, who should be your starter every game. Winslow would be a huge upgrade over Lee. McGahee is a good back as well.

    DO IT.

Tony Romo can handle your QB duties down the stretch, so the only way you'd need Roethlisberger is if Romo gets hurt, which isn't terribly likely.

On the flip side, Willis McGahee becomes your key backup to one of the most injury prone RBs in football, Brandon Jacobs. And even if Jacobs does stay healthy, McGahee also provides injury insurance for Tomlinson and your three elite WRs (via the flex spot).

On top of all that, you get a nice little TE upgrade. What's not to like?

Trade looks good. But you dont need McGahee. I would try and get a reciever out of him or his QB. LT and Jacobs is a very solid RB game for you. With all the injury RB have had all year you probably have the best core in RB and dont need that extra option. Plus Balt sucks right now any ways and dont put up many points. Also if you looking for a good RB to invest in think about Selvin Young RB for DEN, Maurice Morris RB for SEA, or Aaron Steckler RB for NO.

tough to say, you're giving up more talent but you need that depth at RB and you're solidifying that TE slot.

if you're already looking good for the playoffs, do it. Ben has some cake games coming up (vs. NYJ this week) but has kind of a tough playoff schedule (NWE, JAX and StL, who's surprisingly good vs the pass, 12th. their problem is having to play from behind so often and short fields do to a priorly inept offense) and you already have romo as a solid QB.

LT and Jacobs are nice, but you need McGahee as insurance or (if it applies) in your W/R slot. your other backs Davenport and Watson are mediocre or inconsistent at best.

i say pull the trigger, even if they rest romo in the playoffs, your backs and the combo of edwards and winslow vs their cakewalk of playoff games (NYJ, StL, CIN) should assure you a great postseason.

    good luck.

Hell yeah you should do it. Mcgahee is all the Ravens have on offense and he has been scoring TD's lately. Winslow is one of the best TE's in football right now and he is putting up big #'s lately. You aren't losing much since you still have Romo and Winslow is way better than Lee.

yes for sure, you need rb help and you have tony romo to start the rest of the way.

  • 1 decade ago

    Yes, you already got Romo.

    Kellens doing good too.

Do it. Donald did have a good game against the Vikings. But it was just a fluke that he got those TD's.

no, i'd take big ben over romo anyweek and although winslow is an upgrade over lee its not worth it
