Qs & As private?

Question

Why do some people have the answer's and questions private,I look at some people's profile's because iver they have put a really funny answer & seem like they have a good sense of humour or have put some thing really nasty so I have a look to see if they are always grumpy,I don't see the point of making it all private,,yer I understand the no contact bit, but your answers and questions should be public or is it that serious on here....

Theres some People on here, who in the dark, with their doughnuts, creep about, and scroll down through your Q's and report genuine Q's..............Sad.... I know

When i get a few reports ill set mine to Private,, but after a day its back in Public

I have nothing to hide, so look through me if you wish,,, leeme just hide those porno mags

Since i made mine private I've had less violation notices, which incidentally, my answers did not violate the guidelines. People who disagreed with one of your answers would trawl through all your other answers and report them all. Call them Trolls, Stalkers, whatever. Hiding mine has stopped it to a degree. Sad isn't it, when somebody's got nothing better to do than report all your answers,Strange but true unfortuately. Also, if I see anyone answering a question with the word 'Reported' I tend to block them, as they are obviously going to cause you problems in the future if you ask a question they don't agree with.

Privacy keeps the trolls out,,they would report everything you ever do if they get into your profile page,,,
