33 weeks and breech?

I Was a footling breech at 33 weeks :) And I Turned Out Okay, I think :) Good Luck with the baby and all. x

My last child was breech until week 36. Babies can turn all the way up until they are due, and some turn while in labor! Don't worry.

my baby was born at 33 weeks and was breach hes fine now, my friend claire, her baby was turned by the consultant i think later than this, the dr oiled up her belly and manipulated the baby she said if felt weird but didnt hurt then she had to get in certain positions to make sure it stayed this way, my daughter was breach and turned herself TRY NOT TO WORRY you still have up to 9 weeks, ask your midwife about turning the baby most times this can be done, but sometimes awkward babies turn back, it might be worth before the baby gets bigger, if the baby doesnt turn you can have a natrual birth, they will just need to keep an eye on you. good luck

hi i was breech with my soon up till 36 weeks the midwife booked me in for some help in turning him but the day befor i was ment togo i was shopping and got really bad pain for about five mins i new that was it he was turning there is some things u can do my midwife told me to rub my bump firmly not hard in circle motion to help the baby turn hope all is ok good luck

my last baby was breech at 37 weeks was due to beinduced on the sunday so on ffriday they said they will try to turn the baby had to have scan first and as i walked to the scan room i felt the baby go full circle did scan and babs was head down so baby can turn right up to last minute dont worry you will be fine.

I was told by my doctor that if my daughter had not turned by 36 weeks then it was not likely that she would do so. I am quite small so I think that is why he said this as there would be no room for her to turn. I never got to find out if she would have turned as she was born by emergency c section for other reasons. Your baby still has time to turn and there are some positions that you can use to encourage her to turn.

my youngest was breech till 38 weeks i had a scan and a the friday and he was feet down i was booked in for a cection on the monday morning and they did another scan to decide the best was to get him out and he had turned

I haven't personally, but my friend was 35 weeks when her baby turned, try not to worry whatever happens im sure you will both be fine.
