I suppose this sentence is an allusion to wisdom...Or maybe it means " Real knowledge can be found thanks to our willing to learn ", " The most important is to have the willing to learn, and so then you can reach the knowledge"

I'm not sure I can explain it exactly in turkish, or even in english or french.
