Lately, Firefox has been loading images incredibly slowly, What's wrong?

I have a cable internet connection and usually Firefox has no trouble, but as of a few months ago, images have been loading at a very slow speed, to the point where I don't have the patience to wait for them. This happens in shopping sites, such as Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, etc. Also, on photobucket.

Internet explorer isn't experiencing any problems :(

Maybe it's a spyware OR you don't have the latest version of Firefox. The Firefox 2.0.0.9 version 2.0.0.8 and below are no longer supported by Firefox. If you download the latest version of Firefox at the link at the Sources, that will solve the problem. I hope this one help.

Personally I don't use FireFox because of the speed. I have ran Firefox before and I eventually run into a problem. You could reinstall firefox and hope it helps or you could try Opera?

Maybe your on a Internet shaping plan. If you go over your Internet allowance your ISP slows you Internet connection. If its still slow at the beginning of the month then it's something else.

Either it is from the internet connection or you have lot of spy ware in you pc. do a spy ware scan and see if it speeds up. usually when you have lot of spy ware it slows the speed down.
