Only Christians believe in the triune God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The other religions just believe in a god and not the same God Christians believe in. I believe in God, the Father Almighty, creator of heaven and earth, I believe in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified by expert roman soldiers, died and was buried, He descended into Hell, on the third day He rose from the dead, He was seen by over 500 people. He is seated at the right hand of the Father, He will come again to judge the living and the dead and His kingdom will have no end.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the Giver of Life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son. With the Father and the Son, He is worshiped and glorified, He has spoken through the prophets, and lives in the heart of every believer in Jesus Christ to this day.

My "religion and denomination" can not really be listed, but I suppose you might call it near Christian, but more Jesusonian, or Truth Lover:

    On the Original Trinity:

"God the Father, God the Son, and God the Spirit"

The Universal Father never personally functions as a creator except in conjunction with the Son or with the co-ordinate action of the Son. Had the New Testament writer referred to the Eternal Son, he would have uttered the truth when he wrote: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. All things were made by him, and without him was not anything made that was made."

The personality of the First Source and Center is the personality of infinity minus the absolute personality of the Eternal Son. The personality of the Third Source and Center is the superadditive consequence of the union of the liberated Father-personality and the absolute Son-personality.

The Universal Father, the Eternal Son, and the Infinite Spirit are unique persons; none is a duplicate; each is original; all are united.

God the Father is the First and Only One True Uncaused Cause; Existential, and Original; The Heavenly Father, The Universal Father, God.

God the Son is not Jesus, but instead is "The Second Source and Center", The Eternal Son. The Eternal Son is the original and only-begotten Son of God. He is God the Son, the Second Person of Deity and the associate creator of all things. As the Father is the First Great Source and Center, so the Eternal Son is the Second Great Source and Center.

God the Spirit is "The Third Source and Center", or "The Conjoint Actor", the Infinite Spirit. "The Infinite Spirit is amazingly universal and unbelievably versatile in all his operations. He performs in the spheres of mind, matter, and spirit."

catholic. the trinity is one God in three divine persons, God the Father God the son and God the holy spirit. When there was disputes and confusion about what the trinity was, the catholic church declared what the trinity was to the world, since then , the other denominations have come to the same conclusion, it had to be difined, because the word trinity was not in the bible, but the concept was, this is also true of purgatory, the concept is in the bible.

My "faith and denomination" can no longer likely be listed, yet i think of you're able to call it on the brink of Christian, yet greater Jesusonian, or actuality Lover: on the unique Trinity: "God the father, God the Son, and God the Spirit" The accepted Father in no way in my opinion applications as a author diverse than mutually with the Son or with the co-ordinate action of the Son. Had the nice and comfortable testomony author stated the eternal Son, he could have uttered the reality mutually as he wrote: "indoors the commencing up grew to alter into into the interest, and the interest grew to alter into into with God, and the interest grew to alter into into God. All matters have been made via way of him, and with out him grew to alter into into no longer something made that grew to alter into into made." the character of the 1st source and middle is the character of infinity minus rather the character of the eternal Son. the character of the 0.33 source and middle is the superadditive results of the union of the liberated Father-character and fairly the Son-character. The accepted Father, the eternal Son, and the infinite Spirit are unique persons; none is a replica; each and every is unique; all are united. God the father is the 1st and particularly one actual Uncaused reason; Existential, and unique; The Heavenly Father, The accepted Father, God. God the Son isn't Jesus, yet rather is "the 2d source and middle", The eternal Son. The eternal Son is the unique and in basic terms-begotten Son of God. he's God the Son, the 2d guy or lady of Deity and the associate author of all matters. merely via actuality the father is the 1st great source and middle, so the eternal Son is the 2d great source and middle. God the Spirit is "The 0.33 source and middle", or "The Conjoint Actor", the infinite Spirit. "The infinite Spirit is fairly accepted and unbelievably versatile in all his operations. He performs indoors the spheres of innovations, count huge sort, and spirit."

I am a follower of Christ.

The Trinity is the concept of God existing as a single entity but comprised of three equal but separate entities.

    Father

    Son

    Holy Spirit

The term trinity is not Biblical but the concept is seen in several passages.

    Hope that helps.

I'm Roman Catholic. The Trinity is the Father (God), the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit. It is the belief that the three are one, but still distinct from one another. One God, three faces. It is immensely complicated if you overthink it, and the mystery of it will never be known to us until after we die. It is impossible for us to understand it right now.

The Holy Trinity is The Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Just like every being has a BODY, SOUL, and SPIRIT (mind) , so does God, except being the omnipotent God that he is, he is able to make one, three.

Trinity = Father, Son and Holy Spirit - 3 in 1. (Baptist)

  • 1 decade ago

Mormons=3 separate beings. Meaning different people. The bible clearly states this. God was not born into Jesus on the earth. If so, who was Jesus talking to on the cross? If so, who spoke from heaven as Jesus' baptism.

The trinity was a made up concept at the council of Nicea. The council wanted to please all the people and bring them together under on banner of church. So they took a little from this one and a little from that one.
