Allergy eye how do i make the reddness and irritation go away?

    You could try a mild steroid cream and see if this helps if the inflammation is on the lids. You should not put anything in your eye itself without consulting a professional first.

    Distilled witch hazel from your pharmacy. Dab a mixture of it diluted with half boiled water that's cooled down, on the edge of your closed eyelids with cotton wool, till all irritation stops. It works like magic.

    Have you tried eyedrops made specifically for allergies? If nothing over the counter works I know that they make prescription eye drops for allergies and they work great. (I had the same problem and my eye doctor gave me some samples)

    i work in a pharmacy and i can say we always recommend a product otc called opcon-a or naphcon-a same product but different manufacturers excellent for allergy red itchy eyes
