Apparently your computer still has a chassis intrusion switch. This is a small little switch inside, that tells the computer when someone has opened the case. There are two ways to get around this:

    1. Remove the intrusion switch from the motherboard, and depending on how the switch is set up, whether it closes making a connection, when you open your case, or it opens creating a no circuit condition, or an 'open' circuit. If it closes, simply remove it, if it opens, you have to put a jumper wire in it's place.

2.In your BIOS,(BIOS Setup Utility), disable Chassis Intrusion.

Firstly check you plugged all your wires into the right places, especially if you've got stuff like front audio and front usb. Best bet is that if you can't solve it pull all the little wires off the board (only the small ones for things like HDD LED, RST Switch, PWR LED, and front USB/Audio), except the one for the power switch. (nb do this with the power OFF and DISCONNECTED or else your liable to blow something and probably even experience a nice 12v shock through your body - even when the PC is off if it's connected to the mains some bits can still be live) Then before plugging it back in either reset the bios with the BIOS reset switch or flip the BIOS battery out leave for a few seconds and then put back in (or if possible do both to ensure BIOS is fully reset). Then plug back in and power up, after it's successful then start reconnecting the little wires like HDD, etc and make sure you put them in the right place and you don't cross any pins (very easy to do). Also there should be a chassis intrusion pin on your motherboard, unless your chassis has intrusion protection ensure that doesn't have anything connected to it or else it will cause this error message (and could even short something out on the motherboard depending on what is connected). The only exception is that if in the motherboard manual it tells you to jumper the chassis intrusion if not using this feature, then put a jumper on the connectors and only a jumper, nothing else!
