If you just finished with your period, then 3 days pass and you take a birth control pill for your first and only time, is it possible that the next week you get your period?

no, periods only happen once a month. it doesnt matter what you take, it is always within 28-32 days from the prior one. You might have a little excess from the previous period, but it is not possible to get a whole new period the next week.
