Where can I find an ESL "speaking" curriculum?

I'm not sure about this but you can look up on Google under such titles as "ESL", "Learning English", "Improving English".

It's not exactly an answer but ESL is now referred to as EAL in Essex schools.  This is 'English as an additional language'.
It's a bit politically correct but it might be helpful if you checked if this is so to you locally.
