ES QUE DONDE LO DESCARGASTE DE SEGURO TE LO DESACR CON VIRUS, O NO COMPLETAMENTE. POR ESO LA FALTA DE DATOS NO PERMITE INICIAR. aMI ME PASABA PERO CONTRATE BANDA ANCHA Y YA SIRVIO.
NOTA: ya que soy cuate te doy este consejo, en el panel de control (de ares) en la pestaña "descargas" en la primera linea quita el codigo que tiene y pon 2930 este es la red rapida

un virus o error en la zona cero del disco? verdad debe ser un viruz o que el programa tubiera un virus...
