I wanted to be a psychiatrist. I love understanding why people react in certain ways, and to certain situations. Unfortunately, the only understanding I have is through personal experience. For the most part I absolutely detest the way my life has turned out, and knowing what I know now about psychology, I also know it wouldn't have suited me because psychology is mostly about the application of drugs rather than helping people figure out why they feel the way they do and helping them overcome it. Psychology is shallow and not at all what I thought it was about during my youth. My life is half over, and at this point I have to be realistic about the future, I have to many responsibilities and psychological barriers in my life to burden myself with dreams of concur. ;-)

Ok, first I wanna win Miss Singapore Universe, then become an actress, then quit at my peak, go to USA to get an MBA, come back and become a businessman, then a politician, then become the President of United States and try to take over the world! whahaha.

Failing the first plan, I still have Plan B. Get a degree, marry a rich and loving man, have half a dozen children, quit work, enjoy life.

I think I may be onto Plan B.

Right from the time I was in the high school, I used to dream of becoming a doctor-a profession which is one of the noblest of the noble professions.I certainly love my profession in spite of facing day-to-day problems with patients of different psychology some of them being horrible(never following the treatment advised to them) and argumentative also.I believe that the blessings of the patients (about whom I have taken utmost care) will certainly keep myself much more healthier and mentally strong and I want to do lot of social service through Voluntary Organisations once my children are well-settled in their lives.

Very few people do what they dreamed of doing in life. (I'm certainly not; I wanted to do baseball play by play.) That aside, if you can do something constructive that keeps the creative juices flowing and the money coming in, as well as raise a good family, that's more than enough. So far, so good.
