That is a REALLY GREAT song by a band called Ataxia. Ataxia is a band made of 3 members : John Frusciante (the guitarist for the Red Hot Chili Peppers), Josh Klinghoffer, and Joe Lally. The song, Dust, is off their first album called AUTOMATIC WRITING.
