What can viewers do about the WGA strike?

Things are getting nasty. NBC has put the cast of the Office on suspension and I'm not happy about that.

Does anyone have any ideas? Boycotting? Writing letter/emails? If so, to who?

BTW, thanks in advance to anyone that will inevitably respond that there are more important things to worry about or anything else admonishing or insulting. You are really helping the world and setting us all straight. Now go to the gaming section and have at it.

Update:

Nina B., *sniff*

I'm infertile and don't have kids of my own. Thanks for bringing up a hurtful subject. I guess I'll just be off to play with myself...in the dark and cold of the night. I've read approximately three books of above average length and high lexile ranges. Not that you've even bothered to read the entire question, so probably won't read this. Again. You've bettered the world and taught me so much about myself. If only I was as good as you, who are neglecting your children by not getting enough sleep so that you won't be your best tomorrow. Shameful. To whoever is reading this, I'm just having some fun. I don't really care about Nina and her inability to fully read questions before answering. Poor Nina.

I've seen some folks advising fans to write to their favorite networks and their parent companies (all addresses can be readily found on the net) or drop a line to the AMPTP.

Support the writers!! Don't worry your shows will be back on.

The writers are right & just in what they are doing,as an artist whatever you do should be noticed ,that's what they worked their whole life for, they may be artists but they should be compensated for their hard work, there are to many people out there who are at poverty level & struggling that in the long run this strike WILL benefit them.

Sorry I have no ideas. But I am just as depressed about the Office ordeal.

"I'm not superstitious. I'm just a little sticious*

    Holy cow, I love Michael.

Toodles, and good luck with your search! Sorry I couldn't have been of any assistance.

    I dunno?

heh heh boycott buying dvds until the writers get their way?

    go strike with the writers?

bring them nacho chips and salsa for them to munch on cause they're probably getting hungry?

I don't think there's a quickfix solution where the writer's will get their way.

Honk the horn for them when driving by?
