How Do I Install Software Correctly?

Operating Systems, Works Suites, Games?

For those of you that ask these questions repeatedly - probably the 1st details you should put forth for the folks reading is which generation COPY of the software you have.

Do you really think those people helping answer questions in here have the magic numbers you need to install FAKE, COPIED software or that magic key combination that will make them install ?

    I wish people would post the platform, OS. etc. at the beginning of every question.
