depends on the make, color and how hard the deposits are.

    1. wax

    2. light compound

    3. heavy compound

    4. wet sanding

    5. chemical bath

1, 2 you can do, 3, 4, 5 should be left up to a professional. 5 is rare accept with total experts.

A good quality car wash detergent and a little elbow grease should take care of this.

if it won't come off with wax and a buffer it's acid rain marks and you will have to take it to a body shop to get them out if they can without repainting the area's affected.

try a cleaner wax (paste) do it by hand

miguires works for me --if that dont get it off it will probably need buffed & glazed (any detail shop will do this)
