Vegetables that are not canned. Amazing how much salt is in "low sodium" canned food. Cooking from scratch avoids alot of unnecessary sodium. Try fresh or frozen.
A daily intake of 2,300 milligrams is considered healthy. Easy to remember if you link it to the number of calories for a day. the average American's diet takes in about 4,000 mgs. Read food labels and good luck.

Any kind of fruits and veggies really. Anything that isn't prepared or packaged are low sodium
