    I didn't log on yesterday because I was busy celebrating 23 years sobriety. I went meeting hopping from 7:00 am until 10:30 pm. Now I have a buttload of e-mails to catch up with.

    I've had a very relaxing day. I got a massage, I got a flu shot, I think I will make lasagna for dinner and go to the gym and work out. It's been a good day.
