Gas - A form of matter which does not have a definite shape and has the ability to diffuse freely from a high concentration gradient to a low concentration gradient.

Physical Properties - Characteristics of matter which are physically perceptible and/or tangible (eg. volume, shape, mass, size)

Sublimation - The process of solids vaporizing directly into gas without turning into liquid first (eg. weathering)

Condesation - Condensation, in basic definition, is the process where gas turns into liquid.

Volume - Amount of space occupied by matter.

Those are just the basic definitions. Next time, try not to miss school like I did =p
