In Oregon can you drive with a minor in your car after getting a DUII,and then driving while suspended?
My ex just got his license back after 5 years and I had heard it might not be legal for him to drive anyone under 16.Is this true?
If he can,fine but I don't want more trouble if it isn't legal.

If he got his license back, then he can drive. As far as I know, only new drivers under 18 have license restrictions regarding minor passengers.
But that still doesn't mean it's a good idea to entrust your children's lives to him.
