What should I cook for a company Pot Luck Thanksgiving lunch?

Something that can be served in a disposable dish...Hot or Cold. I don't need the recipe, just the idea.

    Scalloped potatoes or Au Gratin, chili, Cesar salad, greek salad, any type of hot or cold pasta dish, curried chicken, fried rice, homemade chicken nuggets, stuffing, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese.

    Look for a corn casserole recipe. This is Thanksgivingish and travels well. It can also be cold and still taste good.
