You can still get pregnant, but the older you get the harder it gets. My aunt had 3 children in her 30s and 1 in her 40s.
Women are born with all the eggs they are going to have for their life, unlike men who produce sperm regularly. Therefore each month when you ovulate you lose one of your eggs. There is no way of knowing how many eggs you have so therefore as you lose more eggs, your chances of getting pregnant do slim. Also there are greater risks of birth defects as you get older, mainly into your 40s.
There is no reason why you can't get pregnant age wise, it might just take a little longer.
Good Luck.

It's likely that you will still be able to have a baby. You are defiantly not too old. There was a woman in her 60's who was artificially inseminated. Unless you find there is a medical reason or you are sterile.

theres no reason why not, it just may take you a little longer than usual, as long as theirs nothing diagnoised got to the doctor for a mot before you start trying he will tell you ways to optimise this, just have regular sex, eat healthly, dont smoke, reduce drinking, dont do any drugs {if you do}, and do gentle exercise, and if your over or under weight try to get to a normal weight as this effect your fertillity. good luck!
